RETURNS & REFUNDS

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns on items unless they are damaged.

If your item is defective or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt and we will process your replacement immediately and with no shipping charge.

We do not offer refunds.

SHIPPING

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days with the exception of orders placed on weekends and holidays.

Please note that due to the on-going COVID-19 pandemic, order processing may take longer than normal.

Currently.  All Kajols Henna products can only be shipped within Australia.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Once your order has been shipped, we will email you your tracking information.
